Position:
SmartFi is looking for a PDM. Juniors with a first PDM experience and references are welcome.
Involved with all stages of a product's life cycle, the PDM generates ideas, identifies gaps in product lines, and helps to determine whether there is a need for new product development. He performs market research to assess the potential demand, develops design proposals, oversees production, and coordinates efforts with marketing staff to ensure the product will fit with existing marketing strategies and ensure products meet expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Work with existing customers and stakeholders to better understand their needs and aspirations
- Assist on the development and conception of new products, as well as the ones already in development
- Coordinate product development projects by focusing on feasibility, design optimization, and production issues
- Understand customer and market needs (UX) and deriving technical features from it
- Conduct market research
- Analyze industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Experience on product development in blockchain or relevant IT/cyber sector
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build a trustful relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Experience/knowledge of software engineering, agile methods, DevOps technologies, QA, and/or UI/UX/CX are all well regarded
Compensation:
- 15 to 25 USD / hour according to your experience/performance
- Work remotely with individualized time management
